2. What Your Donation Supports
Church of Adventure and its auxiliaries make available the Govern Under God book, teaching offerings, and access to fellowship and community, including the Trinity Member Journey. Each of these is received in gratitude for a donation, not purchased as a commercial product. A donation supports the ongoing ministry and teaching work of Church of Adventure. Where a book, course access, or session is described alongside a donation amount, that description exists so the giver knows plainly what their support advances.
3. Delivery
Govern Under God is delivered digitally. Upon completion of your donation, access is provided by download or portal link. No physical product is shipped.
Course offerings, sessions, and Member portal access are delivered on the schedule described at the point of donation. Where a specific date or onboarding step applies, that timing is stated plainly on the offering's own page.
4. Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made through these sites are final. Because material is delivered digitally and often immediately, and because a donation reflects support of ongoing ministry rather than a purchase, refunds are not available once a donation has been received. If a donation was processed in error, a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a fault on our part, reach us directly, and we will address it in good faith.
5. No Guarantees or Claims
The teaching offered through these sites reflects the personal study, experience, and conviction of the author. Church of Adventure and PLA make no guarantee, warranty, or claim regarding any outcome, result, or benefit from receiving this material. It is offered for educational and spiritual purposes and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
6. Communications
If you provide your email address, you consent to receive occasional communications related to your donation, the teaching you have received, and offerings from Church of Adventure and its auxiliaries. You may withdraw that consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any communication.
7. Customer Service and the Limits of This Page
Questions about accessing what your donation received, updating your information, or a technical fault are welcomed directly at the contact below. Guidance in applying Divine Law to your own stewardship, your structures, or your own affairs is not given through this page. That assistance is reserved for Divine Discovery sessions and the Trinity Member Journey, where it is given within covenant.
8. Acknowledgment of God as Supreme Authority
This work is carried out under the jurisdiction of God's Law. Nothing on this page alters or diminishes that standing. It exists alongside it, addressing only the plain use of this website.
9. Resolution of Any Disagreement
Should a disagreement arise between Church of Adventure, or its auxiliary PLA, and a Member or visitor regarding these sites or a donation made through them, we ask first that it be brought to us directly, in the spirit of Matthew 18 — privately, honestly, and with the aim of restoration rather than accusation.
Where a matter cannot be resolved in that manner, the parties agree to submit it to binding mediation as the sole means of resolution. This provision governs only the use of these sites and their donation processing, and is not a statement concerning the covenant or ecclesiastical standing of any Member.
9a. Terms of Any Promotional Offer
Any limited-time donation amount or special offer will state its own terms, the amount, the window, and what it makes available, where it is presented. Unless stated otherwise, such offers are extended at Church of Adventure's discretion, apply only within the stated period, and do not create a standing right for any Member or visitor. Donations made under a promotional offer are final and non-refundable, subject to the same terms as Sections 4 and 5 above.
10. Modifications
Church of Adventure reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates are posted on this page with the effective date of the change.
11. A Word Concerning This Page
This page exists as a concession to the world's system. Every payment processor operating within that system requires that any assembly receiving support through a card transaction post plain terms describing what is offered, how donations are handled, and how a person may be reached. We provide this page so that Church of Adventure may retain access to that system for certain financial transactions — not because Divine Law requires such a page, but because the processor does. Divine Law itself teaches that yes means yes, no means no, and everything else is deception. What follows above is written in that spirit, even where the requirement to write it at all originates outside our jurisdiction.

We collect basic information, such as name, email address, and phone number, submitted through these sites in connection with a donation or communication.
2. Use of Information
Your information is used to deliver what your donation received, respond to any inquiry you submit, and send occasional updates from Church of Adventure and its auxiliaries. You may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Data Security
These sites use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) to protect your data in transmission, and information is maintained in secure environments against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
4. Opt-Out and Deletion Requests
You may opt out of communications or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us below.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party services, such as email or payment processing providers, each of which maintains its own security and privacy standards.
